Also makes a handy weapon if the fucker is reaching for the pepper.

It all worked out okay; but I'd sooner be nice to a latte sipping homo in ponsonby than wave at another asshole cop.
He caught you when you ran out of gas I am assuming?
Nail your colours to the mast that all may look upon them and know who you are.

I was on my way to a fibre node - so I was just pootling along (@ 150 ish). He told me that he had to sit on warp 9 to catch me, and lucky for me he was an okay guy because when the rest of the keystone cops turned up in cars, he told them no drama, I wasn't running.

There have been a few other times where, for some unaccountable reason, the donut eaters have decided not to catch up.
It’s diametrically opposed to the sanitised existence of the Lemmings around me in the Dilbert Cartoon hell I live in; it’s life at full volume, perfect colour with high resolution and 10,000 watts of amplification.

Depends on the plod. I got picked up for about 15ish over, on a long weekend. Cop wrote it down to 10 over to save me some $$$/demerits, which I was impressed with. Less impressed however when they started going on about a school being up the road (it's the holidays love) and then further less impressed when they started mumbling about my 650's cc rating, despite having held my (full) licence in their hands for the two minutes prior.

Still, whether they're competent or not, always treat em like just another human being, just doing their job.
