The HONDA Accord was (may still be) the largest selling medium sized car in the USA for many many years.

I owned a American 'made' Kawasaki in the 80's. The Japanese set up assemble plants in the USA to avoid US Government import tariffs set when the govt was desperately trying to save Harley Davidson from extinction.

OK, I ahem, have owned a Honda or two in my time. I feel the whole gay thing is simply Honda is the biggest bike brand, so the biggest target. It is a World wide forum phenomena. Clearly just a bit of fun.

As for the kicking the USA is getting in this thread, yes it has it's problems, all countries do. People used to say NZ is 10 years behind them. From what I can see we have caught right up now. Especially with cheap nasty quality imported goods all the while sticking the knife into local manufacturing. Our shops are full of cheap nasty Chinese made rubbish. The Chinese are very capable of building good quality products, but are held back by cheap skate buyers saying they only want to spend a pittance. Result - cheap shoddy goods made to a "price". We can all stand around pointing the finger and appointing blame, but in reality - we the consumers were in the driving seat the whole time. what a shame we were asleep at the wheel. We could of stopped it by continuing to buy the more expensive but better made local products. The bull has well and truly bolted now, so off to the warehouse we go.

And to my dear mate FJ, who did not come and tuck me in last night (what happened mummy? )

PERHAPS you just think you are being clever by circumnavigating site rules by using the word "perhaps". (pssst, it comes across more as lacking conviction and being gutless).
    Have a great day!

Stupid humans ay. I went to a large extended family gathering today after a few years absence from such events and found it both interesting and annoying to see the similar prejudices and posturing from people, supposedly grown-up, there. Thankfully, they weren't in the majority but I won't be rushing to go to another one. Besides, I could have been out motorcycling...

Few years back I watched a documentary about Sperm Banks they interviewed a couple (Lesbian) who where looking to have a child for one reason or another
they chose to use sperm bank,
When looking through a catalog of donor's and there profiles, I wonder if they would have put Honda rider in the search to keep with the gay theme.
They also interviewed a sperm donor who had donated sperm a few times, think it was in the USA, because he got payed, must get good money, can't remember How many times you are aloud to donate, but he did say It help fund the purchase of his new Harley, I guess that coined the term, Harley riders are wankers. really
I wonder where Harley based Buell riders fit in this whole thing Lol.
Why would you ride that long and that gnarly stuff if you don't have to, Its what we do, we love it.

You mean their main market is themselves? They are the biggest 'bargin' hunters of any nationality!

A guy in the shop one day was trying to talk one of the staff down to nothing on a ring and used the line 'I have a family to feed' which earnt the reply 'I have a carrot in my bag, would you like to buy that instead?'

Dude bought it in the end and paid from a stack of 10,000 odd USD cash. Living it rough.

Also Harley almost went under due to poor quality...it was copying Jap production techniques that saved them, so buying a Harley is still buying Japanese in essence.

Add 2 girls in short shorts and you still realise you cant mask the gay underneath.

I keep my bike in a garage. Hondas are kept in the closet.
I have evolved as a KB member. Now nothing I say should be taken seriously.
