    ZXR400 parts

Trying to fix my bike up after a trip into a ditch.

    Im after Instrument cluster
    Generator/ L engine cover
Full set of fairings and tank
And basically everything that you could damage in an impact to the windscreen area eg ram air hoses/fittings, front fairing bracket, clutch lever assy etc

Let me know if you can help as im pretty keen to get the bike back up and running
    Thanks

    I am assuming L model?

They made those until 1999 so quite a few parts available (ebay) just not cheap.

H model you might have luck asking the guys who race them.

Also give Bikbusters a call http://www.bikebusters.co.nz/

They have some L model parts listed on trademe.

In fact he has a photo of the 400 he is wrecking so it looks like you can get half of what you need.

Thanks for that I hadnt heard of them before. Do you happen to know if there are any parts that are interchangeable between any of the other zxr series of bikes? Im pretty sure the frame on the 400 is smaller so i imagine the fairings aren't transferable?

Your best bet with fairings is to get some chinese ones from Ebay. They will cost about $600 and be average quality but there isn't much else unless you have money to spend.
