Hi everyone, Yammy MT09 rider (Bruce Lee)

Greetings from Auckland everyone. Back on a bike after a 20year hiatus where my last ride was an RGV250.

Pulled the trigger on an MT09 and absolutely loving it. Have done a few mods as you'll see in the obligatory pic.

Careful leaving your bike like that, all the fluids pool at the back of the engine.

Holy crap nice bike! Nice factory accessories you got there, radiator sliders, screen etc.

If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.

Really nice. Whoever's doing the designs for Yamaha lately is doing some good stuff. The new R1 and even more so the R1M make me dribble a little bit.
And I really like the look and feel of the MT-09 and the MT-07.
Is that a radar detector on the front there?
And what exhaust system is that?

The new R1's sure are tasty. Checked one out in the flesh last week at the Red Baron unveiling, unfortunately no touching, sitting or turning the key as it was sold.

Yes, TPX 2.0 sitting there as my guardian angel. The exhaust is a Yoshi R77, my kids know when daddy's almost home.

Added some hand guards for a more badass look in the rear mirror.
