    TRTNR - 13/10

Meet at bottom of the Maungaraki hill between 6 and 6.30, then off for a quick scoot.

The weather can't get any worse than last week, although the forecast is apparently 'cheesy'.

Looks like a few people are heading to the movies for TWFI afterwards. Otherwise it will be to Breakers for a drink and some pool.

    See you there.

I'm absent until November. Will be packing-up ready for the Grand Challenge this weekend, followed by a couple of weeks touring up north. I'll see y'awl on Thursday 3 November.

Tag along with the crowd, no one minds waiting. We had an FXR150 join in last year, and that didn't hold us up, nor did my FZR400.

completely over-hyped really. took a corner coming up the gorge at 170 accelerating and midway through there was a nice big patch of water draining across the road (like WTF??). by the time i'd even seen this the back was sliding but by the time i'd figured out it was sliding i'd hit dry road again and the back was following again. one of those split second things. so i can't claim any credits for heroic action to avoid a bin, since there was completely NO action taken on my part. the winner on the day was Metzler M1s

Skels - what you on about? Few people been binning it up there lately?

edit: Okay, I read CSLs post, I feel like a cock now - I think I blew past her yesterday morning not recognising her thinking she'd just run outta gas.

the unnameable guys bike isnt very warratable, didnt want to filter past cop as cop would see no indicators mirrors etc etc, so he pulls back onto cyclist lane, waits 20 seconds, gets back in the filter spot, takes 20 seconds to get to his massive top speed of 150 an goes past with his PLATE ON. what aa dumb mo fucker eh.

yeh, an he lives in a dodgy area where cops are down daily sorting out the riff raff but one was parked outside his house, so he goes ab hides at his mates an wishes he has a scanner.

    a cool cunt.

oh yeh, say HI, shame your an overweight tax man (highway patrol) an you had no chance...,hahahah FUCK THE MAN!
    no thats a bit gay
