There is or was last week a white one on tardme(2.8 reserve 3.2 buy now). I had a revere ntv for a while and it was a fun ride.
edit NOT CHAIN DRIVE http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/moto...-879877773.htm I think a bit expensive. Maybe try get him lower its been on for 3 weeks no bidding action if you can get past the shaft drive. Mine was a revere 650 also shaft drive. Might be all NTVs are shaft. Not sure.

I would prefer the chain driven model and 650cc instead of the of the 600cc shaft model.

I was under impression rc31 was 187kg dry.
This is good reading about a race spec rc31 with 700cc kit. They almost doubled its output to over 70hp. They claimed stock was 39 rear wheel prior

Sounds about right, rear rim/spindle assembly is pretty heavy, so is the subframe; got mine down to 175 dripping wet.
From memory his Hordliness had the 'chickenhawk' nudging 80hp. Split pin crank is the weak point on these engines though, I think they got 4 billet cranks machined a few years back at around 3k (US) per piece.

Assume the twin 650 is still pre89 senior here. Makes it a poor option for lap times against money spent if it is.
That's a lot of cash injected to make one component of a race bike outside suspension and carbs. Hate to see the total bill for that bike.
I got my revere for $700 with broken clipon, broken headlight and broken footpeg plus tank dent from stand sinking into grass.
Put thruxton clip-ons on and kwaka pegs plus an aftermarket headlight. Friend did repaint and rode it for a month then sold for 2.2 which was 1k profit.
The torque made it feel more powerful than the hp suggested.

Yes I've been looking on trade me but is always good to see if someone is interested in selling. The rc31 story was interesting on how the bike came to be.
In 2008 I have a Bros for few days as I swapped bikes with a mate. I loved it and have secretly been on the lookout for the last couple of months to my wife's displeasure.
