I am wondering if this pipe would be suitable for my triple? I know I will need a mid pipe made up please let me know if there somewhere in Wellington that could do this? Thanks for your help

Well if you want a decent job done of it Cycleworks in Akatarawa valley will do it but be prepared to pay the going price for a top tradesperson doing a good job. Is a bit of a drive to drop it off & pick it up. Done it many times.

If you want it hacked on try the local car muffler place, but don't complain when it looks like it belongs on the underneath of a car.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.

The guy that made my collector will do it for you. He lives in J Ville and works from his garage. Retired guy(ex flow fabricator). You would be unlucky to owe him much when hes finished.

Pm me if you want his number and ill find it.

Yes it will be fine on your triple - you'll just need a mid pipe to suit as said above. If you look at the after market mufflers they are pretty much all the same construction - 50 mm (within a degree of variation) perforated cover surrounded by packing. The quality of fit and finish varies considerably and good ones come with a db killer.

You'll love the triple with a pipe.

Most stainless pipe comes 52.3mm external(2inch internal) but its not hard to compress to 50.8mm external for slip on if its 50.8mm internal.
