True, I'm only once every few days unless I'm on my feet all day doing 'clipboard jockey' work.

Getting old sucks, but it beats the alternative.

...damnit! (I wanted to rep you all)

Thank you all so much for the awesome feed back and (surprisingly! ) good advice, you have all answered my question/query so bloody well (pffft, see a doctor she said...and wot is KB for??)

...but as usual...I think my Charlotte is right...its time for a vet visit

I have noted down the many many awesome options and ideas provided, and will go see the Vet and talk about a possible mix of pain killers and anti inflammatory treatment options, as it seems like there so many choices available....it just might be wise to have the pro's check whats left of me over to ensure the right solution to my many problems...(Shut up Nodrog!)

Ive just been so busy with work, kids, getting into our 1st home and life in general, that Ive just been putting up with the constant pain and tryin to ignore the worsening symptoms while I focus on everything but my own health!...but its finally reached a point where I simply can't put up with it anymore, we were already looking at getting an exercise machine for the garage (cos Im soooo unfit nowadays lol), but Ive got so many major injury's that I have to be careful with the exercise thing, so I dont actually do more damage than good, But I'm thinking with the advice provided, a gentle mix of exercise and Vet prescribed pain management/Anti-inflammatory treatments I should see some improvements to get me through another winter.

...Again, thank you all so much for the advice and for providing me with options and ideas to approach the Vet with to discuss...you guys n girls fuckin rock!!

For exercise, see what the local pool offers in water exercise... those exercises you do in the water to support the bod but exercise the bits 'n' pieces...

Ketamine is spectacular! When I broke my clavicle and scapula and they'd given me all the morphine they felt they safely could they stopped the ambulance and, I believe, a vet administered the ketamine... no fucking problemo from there on in. In fact when they were trying to get the perfect xray of the shoulder the tech managed to crack me across the back of the skull with the fucking camera and even that didn't bother me at all... reeeeally strong. Very strange too... and not something I'd want to recreationally abuse

Sorry to read of your problems. Cant offer anything much in the way of advice, but next time my gout returns, I'll shut up about it and remember there are guys out there with much worse than I have.

Bloody hell after reading through this surprising there's any drugs left at the store after the KBers have visited LMAO
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

    shouldnt need those!
And having polite conversation with your cook should be done regularly and with enthusiasm. Good for the body and it releases dolphins which make you feel better.
Also ups your testosterone production which improves your abiliy to develop muscle.
