    Cant see anywhere in that article or on the voice over he admits to anything over the speed limit?

    Yeah .. actually you are correct. I read it that he was speeding - but the cop had stuffed up by not putting in the actual speed he was caught at, instead putting in 100ks ...

    It was a camera...

    I guess if he was doing 100.4km/h then he was technically exceeding the speed limit.
