Way to ruin a thread dick heads

The thing that needs resetting is the valve clearances, and they won't make your motor seize
Fork seals are pretty easy to do yourself with a manual and a little know how with your spanners

Valve clearances are easy for a reasonably educated DIY chap, you have shims, so you will need to replace them (chances are your exhaust ones are needing replacement) many bike shops will do shims and swap them with your old ones for $8 each or so
You will want good measuring equipment and ideally a 1/4 drive torque wrench for your cam caps

He may have access to a manual if Gremlins link doesn't work out.
