If that's the case, somewhere between forging a document and planting evidence she draws a line. Might it not be an idea, then, to draw that line at what the law allows? If not, then why have law?

If memory serves, the Inspector that presided over this farce is the same one who was caught giving incorrect information to the Court early on in the Kim Dot Com saga?

If that's right it defies credibility that these would be the only two instances he has ever misled a court. We must be approaching the stage where a lawyer will be requesting that prosecutions he has been involved in should be revisited to check other evidence he has submitted.

His credibility in the court system must now rate about zero, that he still has his job is slightly surprising.
