Talking Bush Declares War on Tragedy

George Bush today declared war on tragedy. Following the devastation of hurricane Katrina and the imminent arrival of Rita, the president of the USA has decided to follow-up on his successful war against terror, with a war against tragedy. "Tragedy", he said, "is another noun along with terror, that will not be allowed to interfere with the American way of life."

His first objective he said "would be a series of operations against weather of mass destruction."

Reiterating his "you are either for us, or against us" policy, he stated that countries that harbour bad weather would be liable for pre-emptive action by American forces without warning or sanction from the United Nations.

Recent requests by the Pentagon to be allowed to use nuclear weapons as a first-strike against enemies of the USA, "will be approved", he said. The ability of massive nuclear blasts to disrupt weather is as yet unproven, but "it is worth a shot", according to the President.

Asked whether other methods, such as signing up to the Kyoto protocol and other measures against global warming, would be a better option, the president replied, "America will not negotiate with tragedy. We will not appease bad weather. A coalition of the willing will fight for the rights of freedom-loving, democratic, god-fearing Americans whatever the cost to the global environment."

I really do think that Bush is a few cards short of a full deck! I mean, that lift really doesn't go all the way to the top!! The man is a looney. Anyone who waves at Stevie Wonder shouldn't be running the most "powerful" country in the world!!!

Here is another funny and witty article.

U.S. Meteorologist Says Russian Inventors Caused Hurricane Katrina

    Created: 08.09.2005 16:42 MSK (GMT +3), Updated: 17:08 MSK

    MosNews

A meteorologist in Pocatello, Idaho, claims Japanese gangsters known as the Yakuza used KGB inventions to cause Hurricane Katrina, Wireless Flash reported Thursday.

Scott Stevens says after looking at NASA satellite photos of the hurricane, he’s is convinced it was caused by electromagnetic generators from ground-based microwave transmitters.

“There is absolutely zero chance that this is natural, zero,” Villagevoice quoted Stevens as saying after Katrina’s landfall, pointing out suspiciously rectilinear shapes in the satellite-photoed hurricane clouds

The generators emit a soundwave between three and 30 megahertz and Stevens claims the Russians invented the storm-creating technology back in 1976 and sold it to others in the late 1980s.

Stevens says the clouds formed by the generators are different from normal clouds and are able to appear out of nowhere and says Katrina had many rotation points that are unusual for hurricanes.

At least 10 nations and organizations possess the technology, but Stevens suspects the Japanese Yakuza created Katrina in order to make a fortune in the futures market and to get even with the U.S. for the 1945 bombing of Hiroshima.

Weather control is bit of a joke.

"Weather Modification Research and Technology Transfer Authorization Act of 2005 (Introduced in Senate)

'4) WEATHER MODIFICATION- The term `weather modification' means changing or controlling, or attempting to change or control, by artificial methods the natural development of atmospheric cloud forms or precipitation forms which occur in the troposphere.'

    SEC. 9. EFFECTIVE DATE.

This Act shall take effect on October 1, 2005."

Bush declares War on Tragedy. Well that's the end of the Greek classics being taught in schools. The new right have banned Shakespeare in keeping with Bush's avowed aims on not allowing English littrature to intafere (so I'm a bit pissed) with the American way of life. In keeping with this theme all blues music is to be prohibeted as it denegrates the Amercan Dream.

I could go on but what's the point. It's another war that Bush will lose.

"Oh my God, this War On Terrorism is gonna rule! I can't wait until the war is over and there's no more terrorism!"

"I know! Remember when the US had that drug problem, and then we declared a War On Drugs, and now you can't buy drugs anymore? It'll be just like that!"

"Right! God, if only that War on Drugs hadn't been so effective! I could really use some fucking marijuana right now!"
