    What's your theme tune?

A couple of years back we had our annual financial audit at work. The auditor was a good bloke but had a menacing habit of walking into the office, stopping, looking around and selecting his victim for whatever question needed answering. He seemed to me like a movie baddie and it occurred to me that a menacing theme tune when he walked into the room wouldn't be out of place. So I set up something I thought appropriate on my PC and the next time he stalked in, Darth Vader's theme from Star Wars rang around the office to general hilarity ... including his (thank God).

We've had a new American accountant at work for a few weeks now and in preparing the annual accounts, he has often burst into the office excitedly on his next info gathering mission. I reminded my colleagues of the auditor's theme today and one of them came up with something for the accountant. The next time he burst into the office on a quest, the theme from 'Indiana Jones' burst forth ... again to everyone's noisy amusement.

So anyway ... what's your theme tune? And for double points and a virtual chocolate fish ... can you suggest a theme tune for any KB members?

As you know, I am waiting the callup for the NASA Mars mission, or a private equity startup to go asteroid mining. So my theme song is the only pop song (an achingly beautiful pop song at that) which deals with the relativistic effects of near light speed travel. Way better than fucking INTERSTELLAR did, and in three and a bit minutes.

Ladies and Gentlemen, may I present DOCTOR* Brian May, and his band, and his composition: "39"

    *yes, really: of fucking astrophysics.

Key to success? Find a good lead guitar player and marry them.

People are strange. Certainly the lyric of my life in the workplace. I'd have to think a lot harder for a fitting theme.
