    Hello (Len)

I'm Len, I have found myself reading through these forums for a long time but only just signed up. I only have 6L atm but am going to see about changing that soon, I have a Hyo Gt250r that was adequate for awhile, until I rode my friends 675 Daytona. Other bike I ride often is a 1972 650 Triumph which looks stupid asf with the L plate which brings me back to the 6L part.

Hard to argue with Akzle there... And he's usually easy to argue with.

Sit your restricted asap. It's not exactly hard.

    Also welcome

Thanks for the welcome, I never used the L plate on the Triumph until I got pulled over twice and got a lot of demerits, one more L plate ticket and I'll be walking, And I freak bikers out when they ride past and I'm walking, must be the bearded male Maori staring at them with jealousy and sadness in his eyes.

Don't attract attention and cops generally leave you alone, in saying that, same goes when you get your 6F. Any 250 is going to be adequate until you get on a bike with a bit of attitude. Have you any thoughts on the bike style you eventually will settle on seeing as you have tried three different types so far?

I really want a cruiser(Harley) so i can sit and ride lazily, but i also love the feeling of going fast and leaning right over, flicking the bike through the bends etc So it will probably depend on whats offered at the time.
I literally got pulled over the last time because and i quote "I pulled you over because this bike doesn't look like it belongs to you, and a lot of bikes have been getting stolen around here, who's bike is it? "

That is a shock! Hi Len.

If you want the best of both worlds, have a shot on a twin with an upright seating position. They thud along very pleasantly if you wish and most are pretty good in the swervery. Everybody is making them now, so your spoiled for choice.

Most coppers are not bad people, but some think they know better, sorry you got one of them last stop.
Go get your restricted and take absolutely no notice of ol Akz, unless he really and truly says something that'r 100% right. Which is just never going to happen, hey Akz.
Keep the trumpy, flick the hyobag and get a better, bigger one, your a happy wee Ma ori fella then and the world's yer oyster.
    Welcome along to KB.
