Any Icon helmet reviews?

hey dudes

ive been looking at helmets around , and icon really stand out (mainly because I like the graphics ) a lot of helmets I see in NZ are very standard , I was wondering if any one has one or has any reviews on them ??

I don't know of any retailers that stock icon in NZ but if you want to gamble on sizing check out Revzilla.com they will have a review for all of them and reviews from owners

I have a carbon Variant and absolutely love it! i picked it up from RevZilla and brought it back from the US a couple years ago when I was visiting. and i absolutely love it!

the old ones had a very large visor gap at one click but the newer ones have sorted that a bit. When its cold out the visor tends to mist up a bit around the nose if the visor is down and the vents can be a bit fidly to work with gloves on I can attest that the peak gets a bit "pully" at about 240kph (on the track of course...) but up till then I haven't noticed too much wind drag.

quality workmanship
wicked graphics
comfy fit (though a tad loose around the chops)
as with any helmet, I would recommend trying on before buying online if possible.

for sizing reference, my icon is size L, I also have a AGV K4 that is size M. if that helps put into perspective, but I have an slightly odd shaped head... so try before you buy.
