    Patchup

    Hi Guys

    New to the forum

    Need some help, my hyosung GT250r 2006 exhaust has a hole is there any quick fix as i want to ride or am i best to get a new pipe system
    Can some one please help me out thanks

    Temporarily you could try one of those off the shelf exhaust pipe bandages, might need to sling a hose clip or two around it to be sure but it's better than nothing. Otherwise go to any workshop and get them to weld it up, or patch it.

    drill some m0ar holes in it to get maximum hache pees.

    A strip of aluminium from a coke can and a couple of hose clips keeps it in for a while....

    When I was a student I was washing my bike and some half dozen pits suddenly became holes. Took the pipe to a welding school pleaded poor student and they used it as a teaching object.
    Some you'd never know they weren't post of the original chrome. One they had cut out a section to repair the blow through. Good with the bad though. Free cones at s cost.
