Suzuki FA50 Help : Maintenance problem

    Hi all!

So i own a Suzuki FA50, and when I start it cold it often doesn't start and if i use the choke it starts then dies. However, when I screw in the air screw, it starts rough, and then once it warms up I am able to undo the air screw in the manner the manual subscribes (1 3/4 turns out), and it drives fine!

Is anybody able to explain why this happens? Or able to explain how I fix this as it is annyoing having to adjust the air screw every time i wish to drive it!

    Thanks in advance!

    Nick

Sounds like it doesnt get enough fuel....
you alter fuel air mixture with choke , and air screw....
take carb off for a good clean.
    clean /new airfilter
make sure filter in fueltap is clean to
    no leaks cracks inlet manifold
    new sparkplug
Opinions are like arseholes: Everybody has got one, but that doesn't mean you got to air it in public all the time....
