Right, just converted the first KBer to the Minimoto darkside. He didn't even have to ride it, just sat on it, asked a few questions then pissed off to place his order.

    Who's next?

Lets say you pay $500 for one (creatnz hasn't got any right now), $35 for the bearings, $10 for the loc-tite, an afternoon drinking piss $20 and fucking around with it, $20 for good 2 stroke oil, and 2 litres of gas $3.14 and you're ready to roll.

    $588.14 by my feeble mind.

And he'll post soon enough when he gets it I've no doubt.

Yup. And it's huge. Production class (el cheapo ones like mine) is the niggest class they run.

Next meeting, Mount Wellington Kart track, October 29. It's the endurance race.

If you want to join the club, it's ten bucks. They also have indoor meetings at Silverdale? I think.

They'll go up alright, I've ridden up steeper than that on mine, but the transition at the botto coming down, well, they've got no suspension so your nuts would get a bit of a hiding, and that assuming you stayed on.

would be comedy plus if you asked me but you didnt so in any case...... for $568.14 you could either get a minimoto or a bucket racer?

Yup. Plus a trailer/ute/van to carry your bucket. And the added inconveniance of having to ride outdoors in the rain if it's shitty. We can just go mob an indoor karting venue if it's horrible.

I already have like 12 vans at my disposal a truck an a trailor, Added inconveniance of haveing to ride in the wet well its not alwase sunny and gets your skills up for riding in the rain.
you can also fit on a bucket racer, am yet to see anyone older than 8 fit on a mini moto without pulling something

Ahhh but I wont get sucked into your bucket vs MiniMoto argument young Texmo. They've both got their places, I just prefer the hilarity of the tiny suckers. It's real hard to take yourself seriously when you're riding one.

Now you understand why I like scooter, Small, quick enough, easy to throw around, a great laugh..... Still I wouldnt mind getting a minimoto to throw in the back of the van, so when I go down to racing I can have a blat on that as well.
