There's rumours on GR's forums that his new minimoto carbon has 21 hp.

Anyone else think his last one was the sexiest minimoto they've ever seen. Had (iirc) 14 hp too.

All this talk of having to strip them when you first buy them, begs the question. Why don't they just sell them as kitsets? Why charge for the assembly if you're just going to have to strip them down anyway. Would make more sense both from their point of view and the consumers.

The thing is, these Chinese built cheapies, are sitting in their boxes for christ knows how long before the customer actually gets them. They're really toys that are copies of the real thing

You want a competitive machine, ready to race, buy a Blata or a Polini for seven grand and go sick. It'll have over twice the horsepower standard as the Asian built machines and be a hell of alot better built.

You could alwase buy a pollini barrel from scooter e motion and stick that on it, who knows how long the crank will last though and a bigger carb?

Hot up parts for the chinkers aren't an issue or expensive. A wicked 5 port barrel and new head are about $100 I think. Better crank? $50! Big carb, carbon reeds, pipes, they're all available and real inexpensive.

Edit: By the way, I'll swap you a go on my Minimoto for a hoon in your car.
