May be legal in Aus, but we have no 399cc one listed on our LAMS list. Ergo, tis illegal and insurance plonkers may not care so much for it when it get stacked

Weird how my insurance repaired it fully when I did a claim during my learner licence.

People aren't saying you'll always have trouble. They're saying you might run into trouble, and that's a risk buyers should know about, particularly LAMS buyers who tend to be less experienced and more easily taken advantage of.

And despite all that your bike is still at least $2k overpriced.

Doesn't make it legal, and doesn't make it LAMS legal. How many fucking times must it be said, and shown that it is not a LAMS legal bike.
Apply to have the thing put on the list and stop being a cunt selling something falsely advertised.

It is, however, a nice machine.

I had a look on the Lams list it has the 400 twin, the old 400/4 and another listed as the CB400r when you google the cb400r 400sf come up.
Still can't figure out how a lot of the more heavy powerful bikes make it on the list and all the 2 strokes 250 are to much. FFS thats why the 250 were made for learners in the first place.

The police would never know they would just see CB400.
