BTW guys if you guys are really concerned about the new CB400SF being LAMS then can you please tell this Honda dealer that the CB400SF that they are bringing in isn't LAMS? They seem to be misleading too like me? But most of the people think they are LAMS because they are LAMS in Australia and NZ was the one that embraced Aussie LAMS rules in the first place. I'm sure they must be the same?
But if you dont think so please dispute against this dealer then?

Are you serious? Why must I keep explaining this?
I have shown what the 400R is, yours is not that.
Yours is not the 395cc model, which is a completely different bike.
It is also not a 408cc model.

This is not an argument at all, the bike is not on the list.

It is not on the LAMS list. I applied to have it on the list over a year ago and nothing has since been done by NZTA. Once added to the list, I will happily say it is on the list.

Edit: the outlined CB400SF is the old as fuck 408cc model, the modern watercooled engines are all 399cc.
    Fuck me dead, read it.

    Understandable.

399cc as well. So its not in our LAMS list. but these dealers are bringing em in and saying theyre LAMS.

Technically it's not on the list but it's obviously meant to be. I just checked the Australian lams list and the only 399 cc one on there is the "CB400 ABS". A quick google shows that there are still 1001 non-ABS models for sale and reviewed over there that are stated to be learner approved, even though they're technically not. There must've been plenty of insurance claims for them by now. I guess no one handling them has been simultaneously evil and observant enough to refuse to pay out.

One day some pedantic cunt will send an email and the list will get updated.

But i'm just saying since the KB members are really concerned about this issue in NZ and disregard Aussie's situation then can they start doing something about this Honda dealer (counties Honda) trying to bring these bikes in and claiming them to be LAMS??
If i'm getting a lot of for this then a dealer should be getting more.
    Heres the link again: http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/moto...-928670732.htm
Do note in Aussie CB400 ABS is LAMS.
But the guys here says NZ LAMS list doesnt have CB400 which is 399cc SO ITS NOT LAMS IN NZ!

It just seems like no one would agree with me to dispute with the dealers about it.
But with my listing everyone became keyboard warriors.

Not sure what you are implying.
