    I think the govt should gift the Maori all that they want in regard to Auckland.
    Eventually they will go bust as despite having all that rates income they wont be able to afford all the ongoing infrastructure costs. Then they'll be declared bankrupt and legally unable to own anything.
    And the govt can buy back the whole city for pennies on the dollar.
    Wonder what the Maori kings son has been up to lately, could all be just another political distraction.....

    Whats the worse than could happen? it will return back into gorse within a decade? oh and that bridge ain't fucking theirs either, take that out of the deal and maybe they'll have to dig a tunnel.
