It's not like I've ever had an issue with things going too far...on KB at least.

Call it sexism if ya like. I'll wear it. Fact is that it is a diff3rent thing for a woman to take advantage of a boy, than for a man to take advantage of a girl. The physical side of things for a girl has an entirely different effect psychologically. They are being penetrated, and that is not something I think I'll ever know anything about. It is however well documented to mean that sex represents something completely different between the genders.

Sexism? Possibly. I see it as two different things, created by a single event though.

Equality can only be a reality if two people are doing the same thing, and that just ain't my understanding of sex.

Good Points, well made - I still disagree - the rights, protections and punishments afforded by the law should be equal for equal offences - at the very least the adult in this scenario must know that what they are doing is illegal, so why should they get of scott-free?

I can understand that. With regards to the law I believe it is written as you describe. So after giving that some thought, though I might not agree with it I must concede or be an even bigger hypocrite than I already am. It is one law for all, so she should be punished equally to a man.

I do believe changes should be made to sexual crime laws, and the proceedures in place for their investigation. This situation would be well down my list of issues if I ever had to compile one for proper consideration.

To sum up then. Boy should have kept his trap shut if he wanted more blowies. Old lady should have known he wouldn't and kept her trap shut to begin with. She deserves what she gets.
