Thanks for helping out - US fires

    http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/n...fray/32316857/

I'm in Calgary, pretty far away from the US fires, but our air quality has gone from pristine on the weekend to this smoke curtain. This is all due to the US forest fires in Washington State, Idaho, and Montana. Thanks for helping to fight the fires. I took the picture below today.

Yup - thanks for paying your taxes and supporting your firefighters so they can come over here and help. It's been bad all week... I haven't been able to ride my bicycle to work or do any outdoor physical exercise...... so I'm starting to go a little crazy.

correctomundo! The only fully funded "emergency" "service" is the policy enforcement division.

And only the fucken townies even get paid, rural fire is all volunteers!
