Take it from me... that's going to ruin you for most bikes now

That's OK, I can't stand the annoyingly buzzy feel that 180` 4T cranks ( most Nip twins & inline 4's) have, either..

Oddly enough that buzz appears to always co-inside with the bloody speed limit!

Don't jinx it!! New house does not have exposed framing/rafters like my old garage - that was easy to throw over a couple straps. I may bold in a couple brackets ...... If mother nature shits on us again I'm outta here haha.

    V nice.

The v-twin riding experience, for some reason, is a thing, particularly (and for reasons unknown to science) the Italian v-twin. I've had mine for a few years now and it still makes me smile every time I start it up.
Riding cheap crappy old bikes badly since 1987

Good to hear. I was after a change from the IL4. Great bike the Hornet but I'd owned it 8 years and the stars aligned to permit a replacement. Looked at a MV 1090 as well, fantastic bike but another 4. Now if they made a 1090 triple version of their 800 .........

Looking forward to the new relationship with the red one. I may need some louder noise makers .......
