They got heaps of possum and rabbit bodies from the access road.
Probably DoC with their rampant "1080 the whole country" approach.

Why the fuck am i going to do this? I know what will happen. Sigh. No. An ensign is the name given to a nation's flag when it is used at sea. It's the maritime equivalent of the actual flag. An ensign is a flag. A flag is not necessarily an ensign.

If the land of the Giant Jumping Rat wants to put it on their tea-towel, then that's up to them. No dead immigrants on "our" tea-towel!

    1) The flag we are trying to change now. Admittedly it did start life as an ensign but became the nation's official flag in 1902. I believe the NZ maritime ensign has a white background instead of blue.

    2) English, te reo Maori, NZ Sign Language.

it received royal assent in 1902, did it??

or was it actually "made" a flag ("The flag hitherto known as the New Zealand Ensign, being the flag depicted in Schedule 1, is hereby declared to be the New Zealand Flag.") in 1981? by an act of a defacto government...?

english eh? when did they sneak that through.... or are you just reading wikipedia?

Wrong ... the Maritime ensign has a RED background.

The flag with the White background is the Royal New Zealand Navy Ensign.

Legit flag...well as pre Europeans had no flag pretty much the Union Jack naval flag.

Pidgin English seems to be popular these days, chip bro.

Dammit. I had to refer to Wiki to see what you're on about. Interesting points ... English is accepted as the official language because of it's pretty much universal use but only Te Reo and NZ Sign Language have ever been actually granted officlal language status through statute. Smart lady's front bottom aren't you Mr Akzle!
