Wanted: Broken NZ/UK spec Ducati 916/748/996/998 headlight

Hey,

Anyone got a broken/smashed headlight for a Ducati 916/748/996/998 they want to get rid of? Needs to be NZ/UK spec. Seen a few Ducatis being broken for parts on trade me recently but the all seem to have dried up now

I need to cannibalise it for a part that isn't sold separately but don't want to pay the price of a working/good unit!

nah i don't blame you.......i had to buy a new one a few years back.......$1000 from memory.........sadly that one is now broken too.......looks like a bullet hole in the left hand lens..........probably a stone off someones back wheel at a track day.......had it taped up and didn't notice till i took the tape off a couple of months ago........major bummer.
I have a saved search on trade me but no luck as yet.Wish i had kept the other one now as it was the right hand lens broken on that one but i got $300 for it a few years ago.live and learn
