    How to bore and hone cylinders at home!

    This vid shows you how to do this stuff at home, no need to send them away to be done.

    Tell me, you'se was taking the micky Rob, pleassssssssssse.


    Did anyone see inside the bore after the ah, ahmen, boring took place?
    That sort of cutting does not produce drill spirals when you pick up the carefully aligned Cylinder from the obviously perfectly levelled bench top.
    Do not attempt to do your own gear like this folks, it'll mean a trip to the reconditioning shop for certain.

    We do all ours like this at work. Tis a cost effective method
    That shim tape is well expensive though, so be a bit frugal with it
