...I had a dream...a shed full of TS Suzukis...was a long time ago...dunno why...I had the 50, 90,125, 185, parts enough for a 250 and the Apache was like, unobtanium...without one , the plan was a fail...thank fuck I pulled the pin on that collection and they all went back into the system...they all ran, some badly...looked cool, felt cool but was a pointless exercise...I had a DT 400 Yamaha that I flat tracked...that made up for it all...

The TS250 with the oval chrome shield makes me squiffy to this day.

Disclaimer: I know the seller of this thing. I also have a scar or two from being bitten by one back in the day...
Oh glorious Satan. I'm in Lower Slut. I could probably afford that if it doesn't go. . .Well a dollar higher.

A mates dad bought one we had a go on. Put a TM400 pipe on it that came with the spares. Jeez it was loud if you remember those tiny mufflers. He was a senior sergeant copper too.

The 400 was always a mad bike. the 185 and 250 were great but big brother was an accident looking for a place to happen.

Any one care to hazard a guess at what the final price will be?

I would like to send the TM 'Bobber Builders' a pic of that MV so they can see how to make sidecovers that don't look like the product of a retarded chimp.

It will sell - the reserve has been met (the auction started at one dollar reserve)

Probably should go in 'optimistic sellers'

Very nice - but I don't think it will reach the reserve.

So what is a classic? Depending which side of the bed i got up on I'd snatch this up for my extensive collection in my fantasy museum / garage.

I rode one about 10 years back and thought it would have been a fine sports tourer. Lose the cat, fit some Exup headers to bring a few hp back. Plastic tank means no tankbag but. .

The car scene they define it as being older then 20-25 years and it must have been popular and no longer in production.
To me veteran is pre ww1 vintage post ww1 to pre ww2 and classic ww2 up to about 1972 and post classic 72-1986/1991.
The GTS probably makes it under interest rather then popularity.
Of course that a modded one finished in the top ten (6th) at the IOM formula one helps.
    this was being 4 RC45 and a Ducati 916.
His speed would have got him 4th the year before. The engine was a OW01 i believe.
