    Nothing too special involved...

Main jets are 95 standard : replace with 115s
Set pilot screws to 2 turns out from a soft bed
Replace standard air filter with a gsx1400 item (20+ % larger throat)
2.5 deg advance on timing rotor

Was running this set-up with a Yoshi pipe (titanium headers/mid pipe & cyclone can).

The pink wire on the speedo pick-up reads 1.5k ohm in 1st ~3rd gear and above this in 4th & 5th, fit a 1.5k ohm resistor and it fools the system into thinking its in the lower gears all the time defeating the 8500rpm brick wall in 4th & 5th. The speedo cluster wiring has a grey wire with a resistor in it this can be bypassed also.

Spending a bit of coin a Dyna 2000 ignition pack & an adjustable timing rotor help with dialing things in a bit better
