    Yeah, Neil made using old 125 slicks on a 550 look good. I'm not generally in favour of exceeding the recommended weight for a given tyre though...Without being nasty about it, the rider alone equalled an RS125 weight (I'm probably heavier, lol...)
    3.5 front,4.5 rear will give a reasonable balance of widths - not so wide it won't want to change direction - and there's good rubber availability.

    If your existing cush drive is a 5 paddle version, you should be able to use it with most later Suzuki rears. Otherwise no preference AFAIK.
