1988 Kawasaki Ninja

Spotted on my way to work this morning. The bike appears to have been dumped - unsure of working condition.
I have spoken to Auckland Police who have advised the bike is not stolen/reported missing so it looks as though someone has just dumped the bike by the rubbish bins.
Not sure how long the council will leave it sitting there. The bike is located in Mt Albert, Auckland.
