    Painting in Wellington?

I need a two pack paint job done (two actually)

I have a recommendation north of here but something in wellie or kapiti would be nice.

I've been horribly let down by one company thus far who have really fucked up my little project and messed me around endlessly. The promised they will get it sorted 'next week' but I hear that for the last 3 or 4 weeks and its just dragging and dragging and I want shot of them. I don't blame them - its only a little job but they said they would do it. It will be a nice fresh surface for the next guy.

    Cheers

I had a similar problem getting a small paint job done. I ended up asking the local bike shop who they used.
Ride it until the wheels fall off...

my wife is a professional painter at PMBR in Porirua and she does a lot of bike work on the side, a number of guys here can vouch for that and I can give you a portfolio if you like.

PM me if you want more info

Thanks everyone - Norm at Airflowe has said he will sort me out thanks.

I'm bloody livid about Body Works in Petone though... Opp Wellington M/C's. NOT recommended at all....

FWIW its a real old childs Bicycle frame. All my kids and nieces and nephews learnt to ride a 2 wheeler on it at my dads house. When he passed away I rescued it and I'm bringing it back to its former glory so another generation or two gets to enjoy it.

These muppets were highly recommended so I dropped it in. It was going to be done next week for the last 6 weeks but all they did was sand blast all the reference paint off and pretty well munt the surface (sand blasted lines into the tubes) and then fuckin left it so its now rusty and all the original paints gone...

    Shit...
