    Either fuel issues ... either a fuel blockage or crap stale fuel or it is contaminated ... with water maybe.

    Or the rings are fucked ... and can only get compression when it's cold.

    Actually, come to think of it. It gets much much worse when the bike has been sitting out in rain overnight. I wouldn't be too surprised if water was actually getting in somewhere when it rains...

    Rings have been checked before, they were fine.

    My father.

    He has, I think he said 10 years experience working in a motorcycle repair shop.

    As for why it's still fucked, because he's been checking shit as we find problems instead of actually just doing a decent check of everything :/

    And half the time he just can't be stuffed looking at it.

    Azzhole reminded me ... smell of fuel usually means a leak. Thus fuel supply issue maybe.

    Drain the tank into an open container .... if there is water in there you will see it. It will look like bubbles ...
