MM can win the title next week if:
    A, 46 finshes 14th or lower, and
    B, 99 is 4th or lower.

That'd probably need a DNF for Rossi, but on current form the 4th for JL is somewhat more likely.

If that doesn't do it, Phillip Island might?
i assume this is based on MM winning?

    Good guess.

Did you do the math or .... .
I'm kidding, yup, we are at the nail biting bit again. That's why I was watching moto 3, needed a fix and the tiddlers give a big hit.

If MM maintains his calculated approach I doubt he can be beaten but race after race we have seen the unexpected. Sounds a bit cliched, but it's really exciting! I expect it to go to the last race, just a feeling, so many stalkers. Iannone should be back, Lorenzo is gritting his teeth, Pedro has some form and on it goes. Vinales, Dovi, er, Crutchlow......... A lot of riders can mess with the championship table. That old Italian dude, who knows?

Re BB and Danny Kent. I was so rooting for DK, being an ex pom and all that, but I was amazed at how he folded in the second half of his last moto 3 season. No pressure..... BB has chewed this season like a well bred Terrier, pretty much every race, and that takes some guts.
BB has shown considered brilliance but had the benefit of Navarro's ill fortune in a few races. I will take a punt now, rashly, a potential Alien? He's very smart and has ability, bravery and speed. And teeth.

Somebody mentioned the old Gods shining on less than perfect bikes, I put MM in that category. It looks like he is riding the nuts off that Honda every race, if everybody else is 99%, he looks 99.9%, it's not pretty, a bit heart in mouth for me at times. He's found a very fine line and learned to stick to it. Honda will improve the ride, probably quite drastically.

Caveat, my racing experience is all settee based....

Moto 2? Um, er, um. Zarco is great in the class, I like what he does off track and he is good on the day, usually. Limited future, he's not getting fresher. Rins always gets my support, another rider Lady luck passes over, but has put in some incredible laps. I hope he goes forward somehow, hints of great talent.

Ok, a week to go. Feel free to point out my ignorance and emotive thoughts.
    Manopausal.

IIRC he got ESA's ride at Suzuki? Once he adjusts he should be OK.

With a new engine supplier and hopefully more horsepower, Moto2 may become a breeding ground for Motogp.

The problem at the moment being that Honda supply a less powerful motor than WSS bikes. It's not grand prix racing.

Dorna wanted more power but Honda didn't want the bikes blowing up.
As Tim "the toolman" Taylor might say, "It doesn't matter what the question is, the answer is more power."

Dominic Aegerter hasn't had a great year, but just when things were looking up it got a whole lot worse. Aegerter announced that he has signed to ride with the Leopard team next year. Interwetten have now made their own announcement. They say Aegerter had verbally agreed to ride for them, since he has now signed for Leopard though he will be replaced, he will not be riding the remaining four rounds.

    Bring on the lawyers?

Moto2 is more like a hottted up street bike class than a full blown GP line up. That's the problem.

I'd just rather not see someone with a lisp win MotoGP this year.

Never noticed he has one. And even if he was mute, I'd love to see him win it for his on the limit approach to racing. Guess you'd rather see paint dry.

...I don't give a fuck about how it happens, I just want to see Vale with 10 titles...I love the young fellow MM, his ultimate drive, dream and alien shit...next year will be his, if he can head off MV...emotive it may be be, but VR deserves that title...but such is life, some little cunt is gonna take your favourite seat and you can only fight over it...

People from Spain speak Ethpanish with a Lithp..... folks from Central and South America actually speak Spanish the rest of the world can understand.

I like MM for his on the limit style, his bike control is insane..... his attitude .... well he's an entitled brat. How JL and MM handled the last few races of the year last year was a disgrace to racing. Since those 2 are the only Spanish riders left with a chance to win the Championship, I'd rather they didn't. Plus considering the points differential, if some sort of crazy set of consequences actually happened and Marquez DNF'ed the next 2 races.... it would actually make for an exciting end of the season. Not too sure, maybe you're the one who likes to watch paint dry.

Not to mention if Cal hit MM at 200mph, MM would need a little Cheese to go with his whine.
