they did show qualifying on saturday night which includes moto gp fp4/For reasons that escape me it didnt show up on the sky tv guide when i looked on the laptop on saturday afternoon.I just though i would check at 11 30 pm and it was on.I have given sky a tune up.Why have a electronic guide if its not accurate! Surely the same data fees the guide nad the actual tv on screen guide

That's another Sky annoyance - their TV guide is not always up to date. But if you have MySky and set it to record MotoGP qualifying and races as series, then it automatically records everything. So even though they showed Moto3 delayed, the box recorded it! If the race is red flagged, then the end time adjusts automatically. So there are some smarts in the system.

Fair enough, I hate paying the Sky bill every month. And they still charge $10 a month for HD!

Only 4 races to go. Anybody betting Rossi to catch up on 40 points?

If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.

You may have to slip over to PI and nobble Marquez. The meal SWMBO made last night would put him out for a couple of races. I will courier some to you.

Mine bloody doesn't. It automatically records Qualifying but I have to set it manually to record races no matter how many times I press the "series" icon.

Gazza, the BT Sport MotoGP Podcast has Suzi Perry interviewing Rossi - worth a listen. Well, worth a listen for thee and me, less so for Pete perhaps?

So I'm just lucky that it works.

As for the Aussie V8 coverage, the EPG doesn't tell what anything is. You either have to guess or cross reference to the race schedule.

I caught the second part of that. It is quite clear that Rossi will never forgive what he referred to a a "stolen" title.

He had his full focus on this year and it went pear shaped. He will certainly take no prisoners next year. I wonder if he will be willing to throw away the Rossi legacy and 'nice guy' image to get the title?

Nobody thinks Rossi is a nice guy on the track, and most don't see him that way off the track.
