I'm quite liking the coppery coloured jobby.
I could only see myself throwing my boyfriend over the cyclespot bike.
I didn't think!!! I experimented!!!
Gotta be that scrambler build for me. Looks grouse.

OK, so here's the problem.
That CB1100F is the base peasant pack model. and it is $18k. Yes, $18k. Its direct competitors are stuff like the Triumph Bonneville, Scrambler and Thruxton which start at $15.5k. Harley 1200 Sportster is around the same money I think.
There are two models of that bike: that one which is $18k here is a 5 speed. In the US the base model is all black like that and is $10399MSRP. But the one you'd most likely buy is the one with the 6 speed trans and ABS.
the one entered by Casbolts is one they have had for at least three years.
TL;DR: its too expensive

I am bitterly disappointed...
truly I am...
not one of the bikes is painted in anything near to a pale shade of shell pink...
I really thought that with the reputation Honda bikes have for doing things to red-blooded men then at least one of the bikes would be pink!
As it is, the white scrambler looks bloody nice...
Check out pic 23, it appears like the fairing stays are bolted to the top yoke?

Yep. They have removed the stock bar holders, dropped the forks and added clip-ons. Then machined up the fairing holders to fit where the original bar clamps were. Quite clever really.
The copper one has tasty little bungs in the same place to hide the holes.
Some nice work there.
One has been converted to mono shock on the rear end with a presumably CBR swingarm (and fork).
I am guessing there was not a budget in the rules?
