Where in Chch are you? Don't know how good it is but my old man mentioned he is looking to get rid of one. Tis out in Southbridge. $100-150 or something.
No plates or lights although I do have rego on hold for a plate with no trailer. I'm just not sure where the actual plate physically is though

Not bad for 100 bucks though considering it came with 2 ramps, a thing to hold the spare tire on, and braked hubs (albeit not connected to anything)
