If You are thinking about going down the Twin Bridges (Mangakahia) Rd please check the Road Condition Updates Thread as there will be road works on it (in at least 2 places) which I try to keep updated. And PLEASE PLEASE save doing that route for when I can be there and not the 15/16th Oct GC Weekend.
