How are you going man, im currently looking at purchasing your bike. It certainly looks sweet, can you please tell me abit about the service history of the bike and your attachments show that it has been raced around ruapuna? I have read up on these and there has been some reviews saying that they are hard on cam chains have you had any probs or heard of this?
Please email me at aaron@wce.co.nz, as im suppose to be working but it is easier to check this email.
    Cheers

Speaking on behalf of dangerous I can tell you that it has a full service history done at the local dealer ever since he bought it new from there. Yes they have had problems with cam chains (don't all hondas?) but nothing on this bike. Just the usual rattle but thats the same on all hondas with cam chains. I'll let him answer the rest of the questions.

Hey there dude, never raced never wheelied and one old women owner since new

Service is as per Honda say..... been done on time etc and by a Honda red carpet shop.
It hasent been raced at Ruapuna, but i have done 2 have a go days which are no harder on the bike than a hard out road ride... in fact I reckon that a bike gets a harder time on the road than the track.

The cam chain thing is bit of a mith.... altho I have heard of them doing in the frount cam chain TENSIONER the local Honda shop has since 1997 only ever done 1... and that was an early model, the F3 (mine) has a few differances to it from the earler bikes.

I have never had any probs with this bike its bloody great as a tourer (I love to do a lot of rallys) and is great fun doing a hard out trip to Akaora.

Ohhhh..... I'll miss it mate awesome bike.

NO they do NOT k14, have troubles with there cam chains.... but the system that Honda use isent the best as it does not use a rachet type system that would stop the TENSIONER from undoing... and yes this has been knowen to happen in the frount cyl..... but not as often as people think, having said that it should not happen at all.

I have knowen a VTR to shit the tensioner at 50km from new and have heard of them doing it at 70,000km.... but it is not very common.
    cheers DD

    Excellant choice mate!!
waaayyyy better than a new one with all the added extras... even sounds like a real bike with those pipes.
guess he will be able to afford to get some new pipes on the new motoguzzi now... hmmm suppose that means I might even be able to hear the MG next to mine now
