120? Taint nuthin' - busted at 261 Km/h, & you're surely off to the poky - these days, right?
That would be a bad look, & I doubt it would be applied in practice, to Sir Richie, or any Victoria Cross holder, either..
& wasn't Jonah actually pinged for pumpin' 120+ decibels from his doof-doofin car sound system?
Cant see what all the fuss is about really...261k whilst quick is no biggie surely, right time right place blah blah blah. Why on earth is it even newsworthy all things considered,as someone else pointed out bikes have been capable of such speeds for decades did they really think nobody actually bothers to do so...
Be the person your dog thinks you are...
Well, if you read the report, he was 'blacked out' ( & was it Batman, or the ghost of the 1939 Team SS BMW 500/Senior G.P. rider - killed at the IoM..)
As for the smear/death/orphan stuff, that'll be on the official cop report - but natch, only after they had ceased hot pursuit, & he'd done it to hisself..
Yeah, well, i suppose you might think Batman is a more probable suspect then..
& be honest, rather than snide for once streaky, you have no idea what a high speed black spectre bike is really up to..
Could be Ghostrider over for the summer hol's downunder.. 261 km/h 'd be an economy run for him..
Shoshoni what were you doing out West Melton way on your Busa?
If there was a cop with a radar in attendance the "rightness" of the place might be questionable.
World speed records were set on Canterbury roads, high speeds there are not new.
Then again that 261 is a pretty good opening gambit seeing as how it's on radar, not an optimistic speedo reading. Perhaps the Police should indicate when they will be there again so that anyone wishing to challenge the record may take advantage of their presence.
