Saw them at the Hammersmith Odeon in 1989, I'd never seen so many black leather jackets and t shirts before. They had a plane drop down on the stage.
It was so loud my jacket zips were buzzing. Contributed to my Tinitus no doubt.
Still got my " Merry Xmas Bastard" T shirt.

But hell just got a whole lot better.

Lemmy wouldnt want us to sit around being glum tho, music, women and bourbon would the order of the day.Even better all at the same time.

Lemmy quote...when it comes to chicks,we werent really worried about quality in my band. And,actually, quality is certainly in the eye of the beholder. What people call quality is usually better dressed, which doesn't cut any ass with me.I've met chicks who look like bad ladies who have more brains, better conversation and are just all-around sexier than the best dressed models in the world. It's true. Those model types are like fucking thoroughbred horses, they look good but they're dumb as shit.I've had a lot of what people would call slutty chicks around, and I like them because they're honest and up front.
They're like me-they say,'I like fucking! Let's go!'And,really, thats the way it should be.

    Wise man.

    Another gone.

Mind you he was 70. These old rockers are literally OLD now, and given the rock and roll lifestyle (at least early on) they have done well to hit this age.

I'll give him credit to 40 years of unwavering dedication to exactly the same sound.
