Water pump seal kit

Does anyone know where I can buy a water pump seal kit for my 1992 Kawasaki zzr 250?

I'm new to buying parts but I've checked Ebay, Tradme, etc and haven't had any luck. I just end up going round in circles when I'm looking at foreign sites.
I can go to a bike shop as a last resort, but I'd prefer not to pay silly money if possible.

Not something I would buy non-genuine. Because its not a job I would want to redo a couple of weeks later.
