    Female BMW riders

    Overheard in a bar in Courtney Place at the weekend.....

    "If guys that ride Hondas are gay then chicks on BMW's must be raving lesbians"

    & back on topic, sadly.. it seems, too many BMW riders, appear to be of the broomstick up-the-arse posture type,
    or ride like tentative girls, anyhow.. ( noting that there are exceptions, of course..).

    That comment set me thinking seriously (yeah, sad I know). I slowly realised that EVERY woman I have ever seen riding a BMW was on an adventure bike and it was usually in the middle of nowhere.

    Even the occasional one that has stopped to talk on one of our overseas trips, owned a GS.

    I know my preference is showing but I think that's kinda cool.
    I may not be as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I always was.
