    Auckland ride monday 24.10.05

Anybody keen on a ride labour day monday??
well heres the taing--I've been invited to visit ma and pa up at Mangawhai.
Im sorta thinking 10 am Shell westgate--(end of NW motorway)
Itll be the classic--old nth/peak/sh16/mangawhai rd to the cracked pipi in mangawhai.
From there I wanna go say gudday to my folks --which is down about 5k of hard packed dirt road in the middle of a big forest.
Then on past mangawhai to the heads and up round the really tight windey roads. From the end of there I'm thinking either double back or carry on back down SH1 then split back off to 16 again.
I could do the folks thing on my own whilst you lot grab a feed if ya like
Im undecided if Im going up solo or with baby bikie.Either way I'll make sure nobody gets lost along the way.If Im with BB pace will be slow/med
Someone will stop at every intersection to point the way and Ill have a tail end charlie to follow everybody.

Yeah - both of them are complete slowpoke nanas (compared to hayden fitzgerald)

I'd like to tag along as a back marker but don't have boots so will be staying home cleaning my bike this weekend.
