Emailed 4 Motorcycle shops based around Auckland 2 weeks ago about a product & service they all mentioned on their website and I only heard back from one.
That one place no longer offered the services I required and gave me the contact information of another who did, who never replied either.
Sort your sh*t out and maybe then people will do business with you.
In the mean time, I'll take my business off shore.
Then why do you have a contact form or info email listed on your website?But they're too busy to answer emails, give them a call instead!
