I remember those Fiats coming out decades back - in the day they were sooooo weird. Oddly the concept and execution is not so alien in 2016.

I quite like the Cube - seen them decked out with fat feet, and as promo vehicles. The rest of my family think I am mad.

I offer the following Toyota for consideration of WTF design ... the arse does not work with the front and adding those piddly wheels .....

My old lady has one of those Toyotas,got stolen awhile back but sadly it was returned ugly indeed.

It was their 'future' design - always reminded me physically of a slug's body...... they carried the oval theme through the range but that vehicle got the triple treatment

Today I purchased my 17 yr old daughter a car ..... Toyota Vitz 5 door that has a body kit and fat feet! The 1.3 l engine does not live up to the body kit though Comes with a spare front bumper (standard one) - once I get the vehicle I may swap it over, or just wait for her to rip off the snow scraper of a sport one that is on it now!

Same engine and platform as the Platz - just prettier (cuter?). Surprising what a decent set of wheels can do to jazz up a plain jane vehicle.

Presumably they run their designs past multiple focus groups representing the most potential purchaser?


Add to the WTF were they thinking on some vehicle paint colours too. There are some truly insipid colours that do nothing to a design out there. Toyota are very bad for this!

I wonder if they name them relative to the vileness of the colour?

My mate used to buy WOF failures fix them up drive them for a while and move on, The Renault Fuego, one of the many $500 dollar cars my wife had back in the 90's, buy for $500 drive, sell or have taken away.
Alfa Romeos were good too, drive them to the wreckers, take out the battery and Carbs and you got a hundy for them
Other shitters that no one wanted were Holden Sunbirds, VW's, especially those Kombi ones....

Similar to that disgusting falcoon a few years back.
Holden got word of the "new" 'coon and urgently started a facelift commie in response. A photo of the 'coon was smuggled to the design team and they fell about laughing!
There was NO Series II Commodore that year!
