94 cr250 will only pop start

Hi I ride a 94 cr250 and about a year ago my bike stopped kick starting I would always have to bump start it. Once it was started though I would be able to kick start the bike first time all day. After about 6 months it stopped starting all together. So I went out and bought a top end kit, new reeds, and new plug And Now It's back to me having to push start it but it sounds really good when it was running

Your choke cct is blocked.

Air filter out and quick spray of engine start (or brake clean) and it starts yeah?

Note: be prepared to smother a backfire. Not as common on a 2stroke but always consider it using spray starter.

I used to have a bike that you needed to run the float dry else the valve stuck closed, but that was a shitty dellorto, might happen on a keihin I guess, try it.
