You don't really need any safety gear to ride a motorcycle - you only need it when you get hit, fall off or the elements become unbearably uncooperative!

I do not use motorcycles as a convenient form of transport For me bikes are:

    1) A form of completele rebellion/lifestyle ...

    2) Fucking fun ...

And I realise it becomes tedious ... better than dead, or better than a loss of lots of skin, or better than very badly broken ..

Dunno bout you, but I would imagine skin grafts would be much more tedious.

I mean - I ATGATT even if I am going for a 5 min ride to the shops - it's not like it takes me more than a couple of minutes to chuck on my gear.

Not sure which is more tedious and painful - the washing of wounds as the bits of gravel and road muck are picked out over a period of time or the following skin grafts...

Remember how a grazed knee hurt... now multiply that over a large section of more delicate skin...

Walked up to the local supermarket this afternoon... saw ONE biker go past with ATGATT - was wearing an air jacket of some sort - and a number who were dressed more for the beach then riding in heavy traffic...

...there's nothing like riding to the beach with your board taped to your head and wearing nothing but your towel round your neck, a smile on your face and your doodle flapping in the wind...but you should always wear your mexican safety boots just in case the sand is hot...wouldn't do it on a 'busa tho, the poor drivers following would be looking right up your date, unless you like that kind of thing...most sprotties would like that, I expect...

Why would I want to promote more muppets riding bikes, enough find their way onto them, get hurt, then you have to listen to them many years on dribble on about it.

As the Health and Safety requirements at any number of work sites have taught me...as long as you wear your fluoro vest you're invulnerable.

Why do whinging cunts feel they need to comment in everyone who doesn't wear atgatt?

I ride in jeans and trainers. Almost always. Lick my dick the fucken lit of ya. Often test ride bikes with whatever I wore to work on it, and helmet.
