I don't know if you were being sarcastic but I agree for NZ being the best in the world when it comes to voting.

Last time when some pop culture famous rich guy tried to stir up NZ government with flash media and stuff, he made a big show as if he was going to change the whole nation. Spent $$$$$ on media and was quite popular among Kiwis and everybody knew him (very similar to what DJT is doing right now). But when the voting day finally came, he only got 0.7% of votes.

NZ people are smart. They know what is right. Flashy media doesn't work on us.

If that were so, we'd not have that dickhead Key in the hot seat.

If you think he's bad, take a look at South Korea right now. It's a puppet show (quite literally). John Key is a saint in comparison.

"At this point what difference does it make" haha.

Anyway this election is not much about Trump vs Hillary , it's about whether we keep going down this disgusting politically correct cultural Marxist path that will destroy the western culture??

Let's hope the cultural Marxist get a big fuck you.
simple question, why did the Soviets modify a air-raid shelter into a gas chamber? what was their intention?

Bullshit, the whole problem with this election is that is exactly what it is about. Your average voter is now too fucking stupid to vote based on policy and realistic outcomes, so they're going with a party vote (based on what they've always supported), or who says the most agreeable things (casual racism and bigotry seem in vogue). None of it is grounded in reality, just like you echo chamber fuckwits babbling on about giving a big fuck you to whatever buzzword for tptb strikes your fancy of the day. Donald is the biggest puppet running, clearly fucking delusional and only there for his ego. Can you even name one advantageous policy that he could actually pull off?

Casual racism and bigotry? Fuck you votes? anti-tptb rhetoric? Musta missed those bits... Granted 2014 was a relatively bad year for policy discourse, but it was still discussed, as was the realisability of the claimed outcomes.

I'm curious about two things. Firstly Trump says he won't accept the result if Clinton wins because that means the election is rigged (yet it won't be "rigged" if he wins). Secondly he was trump-eting that early voters who got theirs in before the FBI announced they were investigating Clinton again that he wanted them to vote a second time. I wonder if he still stands by that now they've reiterated "nothing to see here, move along".

It appears that should the USA end up with their first woman president Trump is not going to take it democratically.

So intensely gobsmacking that a man like him can even have a sniff at the White House - Clinton must be really hated!

Fred Dagg probably got it right, "We don't know how lucky we are".

Voting in the US of A can be a real mission. It's a much more involved process than it is in NZ, they aren't just voting for a President there's a whole raft of "down ballot"
candidates to vote for as well.

They have had "yuge" queues around the block for early voting and they have had to keep some polling places open hours past closing time to process the waiting voters.
Trump says they were bussing in extra voters but that is reportedly not the case. At the 7.00PM closing time anyone already present is allowed to keep queueing until they have voted - and it took until 10.00PM in some cases.

Election day takes place on a week day which coupled with the requirement to queue for hours can make it difficult for people in an hourly paid job to vote. Then again in the south about 886 voting places have been closed to make it even more difficult. This and restrictive ID requirements designed to stop blacks, latinos, students and welfare recipients from voting make it difficult for anyone except a potential Republican voter. And the Republican candidate Trump complains the system is rigged?

If all that doesn't put you off voting, in some states Trump supporters will stand outside voting places with guns questioning people going in. All legal and it's no good complaining to the Police because the cop is likely to be a Trump supporter too. People have been advised to contact the FBI special phone lines if there is a problem of voter intimidation. Ringing somebody in Virginia is going to be fucking optimistic if you are virtually anywhere else in the USA.

Like Fred said, we don't how lucky we are.
